Select Color Range?

Does Photoshop Elements not include the "Select Color Range" tool? If so is there some kind of work around?

Correct answer Greg_S.

There is no Select Color Range tool in Elements.  I suppose a workaround would be to use the Magic Wand Tool and adjust the Tolerance slider.

There is also a cheap Add-on program that has a select color range tool but I don't think it has the range of features in Photoshop CC.

Thank you! The plug-in works like charm.

It's not perfect but it has given me back the "Select Highlights" and "Select Shadows" tools that I used almost every day in my very outdated copy of Photoshop.
