Select entire length of video track?

I'm working on an interview video with 3 camera angles and an audio track.  I'd like to make adjustment to one of the video tracks.  How do I select the entire length of the track?

    What adobe application are you using?

    You posted in the photoshop elements forum, which is a pixel editor, not a video editor.
