sending email with attachement in Elements 10 Organiser does not work

I can't send pictures as attachments to an email from Elements 10 Organiser anymore (it used to work fine). After I have selected a recepient email address and I click next, I get a window for Photo Mail, asking me for sender verification code. But I do not want to use Photo Mail, I just want to send an email with attachment. Can anybody advise how to correct this?

Besides: I forgot the sender verification codee for Photo Mail, but when click the button 'resend email' nothing happens.
