Serial Does not Work. -_-

Had to reinstall Adobe Photoshop and Premier Elements 7.0

While my serial key for Premier works fine. Elements says my Serial key is invalid. What should I do?

I already contacted support about it and was directed to the forums as this product is no longer supported.

OS: Windows 10 Home

I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Even another suggestion that said to delete certain files as listed here: (http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/error-serial-number… )

You are using different serial numbers, correct? One for each program?

Yes. The one for Photoshop Elements 7 doesn't work however.

Did you purchase them both directly from Adobe and both at the same time?
