serial number issues

hey guys, 

i've recently been given photoshop elements 13 from my aunt and she can use several devices on her serial. i've signed in and it wont accept the serial number even if i log in with her details. ive tried contacting customer support and they are no help. any help will be ideal

1. Adobe no longer supports this old version of the software

2. One can use the software on 2 devices, and only one at a time. 

3. Deactivate the program from the devices that are no longer in use.

Lots of old discs get "passed around"-- "Here Jimmy, I don't need or use this anymore- you can have this disc, it's 6 years old, no reason why it shouldn't work....." 

Hatsteads response was spot on about the number of devices- 2, max- you can be using both installations atthe same time.

Your aunt has some work to do, in here adobe account, and on the computers she's installed PSE 13 on  first before you you can even think of using PSE13....
