Serial Number Issues with Photoshop Elements 7

I recently replaced my laptop and have lost my Photoshop Elements 7 installation CD, I still have the serial number though. I am pretty sure it was registered, just not 100% sure on what account.

Today, I tried downloading Photoshop Elements 7 through the link along the adobe website.

After downloading, and upon opening the program, the serial number window comes up.

I enter my serial number but it says that it is incorrect.

I have checked it multiple times and have a physical copy of the SN sticker and proof of purchase via Amazon.  The numbers I entered, are correct, but it is not letting me onto the program.
