Serial number key not valid -Photoshop elements 7

The serial number given to me when purchasing my old computer gets marked as invalid when trying to install elements 7 on a new computer.

I spoke to adobe support but was in the end referred to the forums since they for some reason could not offer any help regarding digital editions.

Im now on windows 10. Any ideas on how to proceed?
