Serial number not on or in box for element 13

Dear Adobe Staff

My family bought me Adobe elements photoshop 13 awhile ago and I could not download it to my old 2009 HP. So I had to wait until I got a new computer. Now that I have a new computer I find that when I opened the photoshop 13 package I found no serial number to complete the registration. It was not on the box, not in the box, not on either the mac or pc envelope, nor on the back of the inside cover. Where the hell is the serial number on the element Photoshop 13. I have a feeling this one did not come with a serial number. Kind of hard to install a program without the number.

Please message me asap on this matter, I would like to get this installed and do not tell me to go buy the newer program. I have no money nor patience to be buying a new program when this one would work perfectly fine once I get the serial number. please contact me with the correct serial number for this product.

    Hi

    I wanted to know if you were able to get the 24 digit serial number?  Mine also is missing from my package....  the redemption code I have does not want to work.

    This is a user to user forum, not Adobe. They simply provide the hosting. If you originally purchased from Adobe your product the serial number may be available in your Adobe Account.

    Sign in with your Adobe ID (email address & password) and choose the tab “Plans & Products”

    Then view your products. Every registered application should be shown with serial numbers.

    To see a list of your registered products and their serial numbers, go to My Account

    DEAR 99JON

    As I have said my family aka my dad and step mother bought this for me for Christmas back in 2014. so I would not have that order in my account. where else can I find the serial number?

    Check the packaging again. The serial number begins 1057 (24 digits – all numbers and no letters) and is usually found on a sticker attached to the disk wrapper or on the inside white cardboard inner sleeve.

    It may have been sent by email to whoever made the original purchase.
