Serial Number Not Working

Hello,

I just turned my Laptop back to factory settings and Im trying to re-install

my Photoshop Elements 11 - Every time i put the serial number in, it keeps saying

that - Either the serial number or country information or both are missing. I have

put the number in with and without the dashes. Can someone tell me what could be

the problem?
