Serial Number Photoshop Elements, install Photoshop Elements 14

Hi, i purchase Photoshop Elements 15 for multiple computers, i have one computer with windows 7 32 bits, and elements 15 dont have 32 bits version, i have noticed elements 14 got it, i donwload it, but when i try to use my serial number of Elements 15, doesnt work. My question serial number of newer version, can be used to install previous versions ??

I dont want to format the windows 7 to install a 64 bits version, and with the features of elements 14 i can work perfectly. Can you give me a solution ?
