Hello, in 2015 I purchased a photoshop elements 13 and as simple as it is, I like it. But as you all know, computers die as did several of mine. My most recent install I was told that maximum of downloads has been reached and I have to uninstall the software on my old pc. Which are no longer available. Cannot get anyone on the phone because it's not in their support plan. This serial number has been registered by me but somehow does not show up on my profile and I cannot get it to show up. Any advice? Thanks

Make sure to only ask to have your activations reset.

You will need Adobe support for deactivation of the prior installs.

You need to contact support again and tell them all you need is to deactivate your license.
