Serial # Sticker Damaged In Box...can't read it.

Question

In my Elements 2020 / Premier Elements 2020 Box there was a Fuji print offer inside and the serial # sticker on the disc envelope was stuck to it! When I separated the two, the coated glossy card stock of the Fuji ad pulled off some of the serial # sticker so I cannot read it. It is too late to return it for replacement. I can provide a photo.

Did you ever install the program previously? If so, you can find the serial number under your Adobe.com profile.

Otherwise, try contacting Elements support. You can start a chat session by clicking on the blue Contact Us button under the Support menu at Adobe.com.
