serialnumber doesnt exist anymore (new PC) - Photoshop Elements Version 18.0

Hey, i just got an new computer and bought die bundle of Photoshop Elements & Premiere. I was working on this programs on my old computer. Today i've got a new one and just downloaded Photoshop Elements but when i type/copy my serialnumber from the adobe-abo-page (signed in with my account) die serialnumber doesnt exist.

I've seen in the Help Center the Adobe-Cloud Options for this "New-Computer"-Thing but.. i couldnt find a solution for my problem. How i can use my programs again? Does i need to buy a new key?
