Question

Was mache ich nun?

Mike

Could you please share the below details:

    1) Your machine details, operating system

    2) Do you have your serial number with you?

    3) Any screenshot for the screen, where you are stuck.

Please let me know in case of any queries.

    Thanks

    Vipin

If have contacted adobedesk@usa.com and hope they can help me.

Now I have a PC with Windows 10 64-Bit machine.

I have the serial numbers for PSE8 and also the Primerie Elements.

But I can use them because I forgot to erase and delete the

serialnumbers on the old PC and now I have not possibility to do this.

    The 3.Point (screenshot) I didn't understand??

    Greetings

    Mike
