Set language of Elements Organizer 2022 Importer to English

Question

I installed Premiere Elements 2022 along with Adobe Elements Organizer 2022 on a German Windows system.

During installation, I selected “English” as the language.

When I launch the Organizer from the Start Menu in Windows, it runs in English. Everything is fine.

But when I use the importer in autorun, which opens when importing an SD card, everything there is in German.

How can I change this?

I know it’s possible, because before I reinstalled my system, this exact 2022 Organizer ran in English even during the import process.

I have never seen this issue reported before. What happens if you run the Photo Downloader from Import>From Camera or Card Reader?
