Shortcuts in Elements 2018

I am using Photoshop Elements 2018 to remove scratches after I have scanned 35mm B/W negatives on my Nikon LS5000 scanner . To get to dust and scratches removal in Elements  we have to select filter, noise, move across to Dust and Scratches and click on it. Is there a way I can set up a shortcut as I have 1500 negatives to scan. I have tried selecting the filter icon on the bottom RH side and then selecting dust and scratches but each time I load an new negative  “Amount”  and “Threshold” resets to 1 and 0, setting them to 6 and 25 works well on most of my negatives but I cannot find a way to store these values. I have found a video on YouTube showing how set up shortcuts in PSE which I assume is Elements but I cannot do it in my version, could he be using a later version. Any help would be appreciated.

If you use the Filter>Noise menu then the filters seem to remember the settings.

(not the Filters tab on the right)

As far as keyboard shortcuts, there are some windows keyboard shortcuts you can use.

Hold the Alt key while pressing the other keys one at a time.

Filter>Noise>Dust and Scratches

Alt+T+N+D+D+Enter

On this page it lists a version for 2018

What operating system are you using?

That video uses an add-on called Elements+ (not free)
