Sign in error. Won't allow me into the program

Hi there,

I have recently got a new Mac laptop and transferred everything across. But when I try open Elements 2020, it wants me to sign in first. I enter my details, it verifies me, but then loads the sign in screen again. I have tried as much as I know how to, and its so frustrsting that you can't get hold of an actual human to assist. 

Does anyone know what the problem may be?
