Sign out of Element 15 Mac

I have bought a new Mac and Elements will not start up.  I am asuumed it is because I didn't sign out of Elements on my old computer so I started up my out computer and started Elements, went to Help and clicked on Sign Out

 and nothing happens.  What is the solution to this problem.
