I own pse14 and have a registered license number, and using windows 10. Just to see what would happen if I signed out, I signed out and got a very big surprise. The screen that came up after signing out, offered me two choices: 30 day trial or to buy pse. What's going on here and how do I get my pse back? I hope this is not a big problem as I intend to also load pse onto another computer.

If you 'sign out', you 'deactivate' your the license linked to your computer (in general to free it for installation on an other one).
Then you have to 'sign in' again and insert your license key (just like if you activate another computer).
