Silverfast plug-in

I have a CD with Photoshop Elements 9. It seems like I can only install the 64-bit version with that (I have Windows 10 Home 64-bit version). I want to install the 32-bit version because I'd like to use the SilverFast plug-in. How can I get the 32-bit version or is it possible to install the SilverFast plug-in in my 64-bit version? I can't get it to work

Photoshop elements 9 only came in a 32 bit version, so after you install pse 9, you should be able use the Silverfast plugin in pse 9.

Windows 64 bit versions can use either 64 bit or 32 bit software.

What Silverfast plugin are you trying to use?

Ok, then I must have done something else wrong cause I can't get the plug-in to work.

It's called SRDx.

Looks to me like it's a 64 bit plugin, so it won't work in 32 bit programs like pse 9.

For me it works in pse 15, which is 64 bits, but not in pse 8 which is 32 bits.
