Question

I only use OneDrive for my personal use with two computers.

Reading the documentation, it seems that if you have Enterprise (professional) accounts instead of personal ones, you can share and edit files reciprocally.

    https://support.office.com/es-es/article/ver-los-archivos-compartidos-con-su-usuario-en-onedrive-2c14e8e6-4e52-4c61-9778-7155d33534a1?omkt=es-ES&ui=es-ES&rs=es-ES&ad=ES

I don't know a realistic way to share catalogs via OneDrive. If you share the catalog folder, the links it contains will be valid for one computer but not for the other (the other physical drive synced via the Cloud storage is different). What you could share is a catalog backup folder. Once restored in a custom location, all the links would be updated. Too slow and too much data transfer to be practical in your case.

So, if you can't share catalogs, you have to find another way to share your comments and information linked to a given photo. The obvious place for this is the 'caption' metadata field in each photo file. You can edit the caption in your catalog and use the 'write metadata to files' command to ensure that the caption is written into the file itself, so that it will be synced via the Cloud. Same if you want to add or change keywords.

That's something you can test (if you have the right OneDrive enterprise account ?)

However, even if that works, you'll have to find ways to tell one another which set of files you have changed. Using independent local catalogs may help, keeping in mind that the same synced catalog has only correct links for a single computer.

    Waiting for your comments...

The PSE catalog resides on a single computer. The license is individual. Most cloud services like Dropbox, Google, Apple are the same perhaps with sharing of individual albums like Adobe Lightroom.
