Slide show freezes up

Elements 15 slide show freezes up.  I get a "Dynamic Link Media Server has encountered an error."  I can "continue" but the software freezes up.

    Hi,

    Please provide some more information about the issue.

    1.Which operating system you are using?

    2.Is this error consistent? Was the slideshow working fine earlier?

    3.Have you tried rebooting your system and then making the slideshow?

    1. Windows 10 that was upgraded from Windows 8

    2. Slide show NEVER worked properly.  When launched, it comes up with "Dynamic Link Media Server has encountered an error."  When I hit "continue," the error window goes away and I eventually get the small slide show menu but the functions do not work and it eventually comes up with the Windows 10 window of not responding and gives me the option of closing the program.

    3. I have to reboot because PSE 15 will NOT even launch from the desktop unless I do reboot.  I also have Uninstalled and then Reinstalled PSE 15 three times.

    Anyone have any answers?
