Slide Show output to .wmv file in Photoshop Elements 15?

I have stayed with Photoshop Elements 12 because I can output the slide show as a .wmv file to use in Premiere Elements.

That function was taken away in PE13 and PE14.

Does Photoshop Elements 15 return that function so I can output a slide show as a .wmv file?

The slideshow in Elements 15 is saved in mp4 format.
