Software Licence Agreement issues

I have had Photoshop Elements for around four years. I use it all the time with no problems.

But today, I am presented with a ''Adobe Software Licence Agreement'' page, for which I ACCEPT.

I then enter my licence code and get the green tick and then CONTINUE.........................

It then throws me right back the Licence Agreement page.

Help????
