SOLUTION - PSE 2023 (Mac) Contact Page II Error
Just posting this because none of the solutions suggested elsewhere for the previous versions of PSE to solve the infamous Contact Page II error didn’t work for me.
All of the successful solutions involve finding and deleting the Contact II Sheet Prefs file, you just have to know where to look for it with your specific version of PSE and operating system.
For reference, I have: PSE 2023, Ver 21.0 -- Bought and Downloaded from Mac App Store -- Running on Mac OSX 13.4 (Ventura)
What worked for me:
1. Shut down PSE
2. Start in your user library (while in your finder window, hold down your option key, then scroll down the "Go" menu items at the top of your screen and and select Library)
3. Locate and open these folders, in order:
Containers/
Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor/
Data
/Library
/Preferences
/Adobe
/Elements
/21.0
/Adobe Contact Sheet II
4. Trash the Contact Sheet II Prefs file (not the folder)
5. Restart PSE
