Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver).

Please show us a screenshot of the Undo button showing up in place of the spot healing brush.

You can try contacting Elements support. You can start a chat session by going to the Contact Adobe Support page. (https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen) Make sure you are signed into your Adobe account and try typing Agent when the chat window opens. (If you use my link, the chat window should open automatically.)  With your permission, support can take control of your computer and see what is going on better than you can describe it to us.

My problem was a Microsoft graphics driver...still not fixed, but a Adobe IT guy got me going for now. Thanks for your time and effort.

@minuardj47694956 Has your original question been answered? (And you now have a different question about your computer crashing when you use the Spot Removal Brush?)

Or are you saying that the Spot Healing Brush tool does not appear where it is shown in the screenshots that we have provided to you?  If so, please give us a screenshot of your monitor with the missing button.

Do you need instructions for updating or rolling back your graphics driver (suggested by Peru Bob) or for reinstalling the program, as suggested by me?  Or both?

Do you have a Windows computer or a Mac?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled--same result: no spot healing brush. I
can not be the only one experiencing this problem. I am very familiar with
PS...been using it for years. The undo tool, for me, is totally
ridiculous--it shows up where the spot healing brush should be (a very
necessary tool). I have been asked to click on it and the spot healing
brush will come up at the bottom of the tool bar, which it does. I click on
it quickly and nothing happens except almost immediately PS is closed out
and all work is gone. I don't know how to update or to roll back my
graphics driver. My system is Windows 10 and I'm using PS Elements 2025 in
advanced mode. I must say this problem is ridiculous. I appreciate all the
help--thank you.

Uninstall the program. Choose the option to delete all preferences.  Install the program again.

The new Remove tool is the default for the main tool panel.  If you click on it, you will find the button for the Healing Brush tool in the Tool Options bin:

I'm not showing the spot healing brush in tool bars. I'm using advanced with PS 2025

You posted in Premiere Elements... is that what you are using, or do you mean Photoshop Elements?

What version of Elements and OS are you using?

If you are in Quick Mode:

  1. Select the third tool from the bottom
  2. Make sure that the Tool Options panel is open
  3. The Spot Healing Brush should be one of the grouped tool buttons your see.
  4. Click on that option.

If you are in Advanced/Expert mode, the tool should be under the Enhanced group in the Toolbar panel.

If that doesn't answer your problem, please give us a better explanation with screenshots if possible.
