Spurious Plugin Load Warning

My just-installed PSE 16 warns me on launch that some plugins failed to load. System Info gives me a long list of non-working plugins: Most of the plugins in fact do work; and the two that don't work I used in a previous version of PSE and are no longer even installed on my system. How can I remove this spurious warning? Thanks, all!

    Probably those are all 32 bit plugins that won't work in pse 2018, which uses 64 bit plugins.

    They have to be located in either

    C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2018\Plug-Ins

    or

    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\Elements 16
