Start up with Elements 2022

New Elements 2022 opens normal, but it takes takes over 30 sec. to start with a file - WHY?

All old Elements are uninstalled. Win 10 (64bit) 32 MB ram.

Can you please share more details about the file (file format, file size)? Also, is this issue consistently reproducible?
