Stay signed in to use elements 2020

Question

I just purchased and installed elements 2020.  When I closed the program I signed out of my account.  Now everytime I open it, it requires me to reregister the product, is this normal?  It's my home Desktop PC, with no other users.

Hi there,

Sorry that you have to keep signing in and re-registering for Photoshop Elements 2020.

You would have to Sign in using your Adobe ID and then click on License This Software. In the licensing dialog, please enter the serial key and then you should not get the sign in dialog again and again.
