Question

Stop notifications

I'm using Photoshop Elements 2023 and I keep getting notifications to buy the 2024 version. I close the window but it comes back 15 minutes later. I don't need a new version yet. I just got this one in August.

I saw a comment that said to go to Edit and then Preferences, but I can't find either of those settings anywhere in the program. I have been using Photoshop for a number of years but have never had this constant barrage of selling. I'd like to turn it off completely. It's very annoying when I'm in the middle of working on a photo.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

It's a pop up in the lower left corner of the screen.
