Suggesting special upgrade price from PSE15 to PSE2018

Hello Adobe.

First, let me describe my problem.  I am using Photoshop Elements for ten years now (started vith PSE2), and PSE15 was the worst PSE ever.  In previous versions I didn't need to reset tools before, but in PSE15 tool reset is a must, because in a while tools (clone stamp, dodge tool, burn tool) just don't behave as usual.  Speaking of tools, eye tool always resets itself to 50% pupil radius and 50% darken, when clicking the next photo. For me 50% darken is to dark and 50% pupil radius is to large, so I have to change it every time!  Why does eye tool behave like that, while every other tool keeps the last edited values???

At this time I am using PSE2018 demo and Eye Tool resets to 50% just like in PSE15!!!

But there is one reason, that keeps me thinking of upgrading to PSE2018  - Open Recently Edited File works again, even after 100 edited files...

In my opinion, buyers of PSE15 deserve special upgrade price for PSE2018, because (let's face it) PSE15  SUCKS!!!
