Does Adobe really expect me to read all 16,000+ responses to get an answer? Not impressed! I wonder how much business they have lost because their customer service is so lousy!

@PapaMurr, as Glenn says, this is a user to user forum.  Your rant directed to me is forgiven because, unfortunately, this forum gives me the misleading title of Adobe Community Professional.  I am not now, nor have I ever been an employee of Adobe.  I am simply a user of Adobe products who volunteers my time to help other users with their software problems.

So, I have now taken a look at your other thread posted in the Premiere Pro forum.  All of your rather vague questions have been answered there, and I see that you have now replied with another ambiguous response.  So, at this point, we still don't have a clue what software problem you are still trying to solve and can't give you any of the help that you are trying to seek from Adobe Support.  Responding that you have Tried it - endless do loop! is meaningless in the context of the answers you received.

I don't know where you are located but you have been given all the telephone numbers for Adobe Support in every region of the world.  The hours of operation are also given on the list you have been provided.  In the United States, support is open 24 hours a day Monday through Friday.  Other regions have more limited support hours. So if you tried to call one of the phone numbers yesterday or today (Sunday) after receiving the list, it is not surprising that you received no response from Adobe Support.

And although you have received an answer on the Premiere Pro forum to your question, Will Premiere 2022 mesh with Elements 2020, the answer is only as good as the question.  What exactly do you mean? If you are using the Elements 2020 Organizer as your media library, it is possible to drag and drop files from the Organizer (both video and photo) to the Premiere Pro workspace.  It is not possible to use Premiere Pro as a Supplementary Editing Application for the Organizer if that was the question you were asking.

I have no idea what your problem is.  If you wish to tell us, maybe we can solve it for you.  If you just want to ask rhetorical questions, I guess no further reply will be necessary.

Maybe if you read the rhetoric, you would know what my beef is!!!

If I could find a way to contact you, I would. That is my beef. There is no apparent way to contact you for assistance. I spent two days trying to contact you for assistance both for the product and logging in to my account. My problem DID NOT fall within the narrow confines of your few issues. FINALLY, out of desperation and feeling abandoned by Adobe, I called the ONLY phone number I could find which was to your ethics department who gave me a phone number to get support and as I have stated before, was excellent and he had me up and running in no time. I don't know about your other customers, but I don't have time to spend days trying to get my software working. I'm not paid by the hour like many other people. I need easily accessible support when needed. But you don't have to worry about making waves for you, I am probably going to go with one of you competitors, which is unfortunate because I like your software, but I can't have sloppy, inaccessible support. Most of the time I am able to figure out my problems, but there are times when fast service is required.

I wonder if this issue has caused other customers to switch to another publisher and what the cost has been to Adobe for not making easier access to the customer. If you are a tech with Adobe, why don't you do yourself, Adobe and Adobe customers a favor and push my correspondence (and my beef) up to upper management. Remember, your future is tied to the future of Adobe!!~

This is a user based forum, we don't get paid by the hour, and occasionally, Adobe employees do respond.  Again, you spent quite some time typing something which is only a rant- which serves no purpose. When you are a bit less angry try this:  Type up what problem you are having with the software, not your frustration at what you perceive as a lack of support, but what your actual problem with the software is.

The way you are posting now is not going to get you anywhere- It's probably why no one, other than Greg (who is not an Adobe employee- he's a user that really knows the program, and has been addressing other users concerns for a number of years) has responded.
