I have a problem with the serial number that I got before. It belong to the windows version, not the MAC version that I

transfered to my computer

    You need to contact the Adobe Customer Services at this link:

    Select your product from the list and follow the links as appropriate.  You need to exolain to them what has happened.

    Did you try using the serial number on a MAc machine to see if it works?  Sometimes, these numbers are interchangeable and so you need to download the version for MAC and use the serial number.

    Anyway, License matters can ony be handled by Adobe staff so we can't help here.
