Support of Photoshop Elements on Windows Server 2016 Terminal Server

Hi Team,

We have a customer using Photoshop Elements application for schools.  We are performing Migration of application from Desktop to Citrix based HSD (Hosted Shared Desktop).

I would like to know if Photoshop Elements is supported on Windows Server 2016 Terminal Server and Citrix XenDesktop 7.13. Is there a separate License to install on Citrix server (Or Windows Server 2016 Terminal Server).
