Support [Problems with Elements 14] - Locked

I have problems with my Elements  14 software and NO ONE in Adobe can help me. I have had it for less than a year and the software is broken. I have called Adobe after several attempts and they told me to have an on line chat. I did this and they told me they can't help me, to go to this forum. This forum IS NOT part of the company Adobe. There are other companies that make photo software and I recommend finding one that has a good support team that is available with people in the United States that you can understand. I am going to stop using my Elements software and go to the Nikon program that came with my Nikon camera. Nikon has a good support team.

    You haven't mentioned anything in your post about what problem you are having with Elements 14.

    If you just wanted to rant, that's fine. If you want some help, please tell us which operating system you're using and what specific problem you're having.

    I have written several times in this forum about my problem with Elements 14 mainly that it will not allow me to fix my photos. I was working fine up to about 3 months ago. I have said that I have Windows 10 with plenty of room on my hard drive and lots of open space on my files. I have had several competent computer people check my computer and it is working fine. My son is a computer engineer (Masters  Degree) and he said it is a software problem and to work things out with Adobe. This seems near impossible. Also: that I have Elements 12 on my computer and that is working fine for what I need to do. I was asked about preferences, performance and Ram speed and that I cannot get that information from the program even though I was showed how to get it. I have spoken to people at Adobe and they told me to do an on-line chat which took about 1 hour and I was told to go back to this forum and John Waller ( I don't know if he works for Adobe) says I have not addressed my problem on this forum in detail which I have. Adobe has not update the software or done anything, so John Waller if this is unwarranted complaining SO BE IT.

    Please don't create multiple threads for the same issue. It confuses everyone.

    You've had several replies in your main thread and the thread is waiting for further information from you to continue troubleshooting.
