Surface Book 2 pen with PSE 2021

The pen is not working correctly in the editor. When hovering, the cursor appears correctly under the pen but putting the nib to screen the location if the cursor is displaced far to the right and down.

Pen works correctly in other apps.

I thought it was a scaling issue as default windows display is set to 200%, but switching to 100% has the same issue.
