Surface Pro 4 Pen Problem

My pen whenever I attempt to use any tools on the file is severely off from where it actually is. However, the pen works just fine when selecting tools and anywhere else I use it. How can I fix this issue?

Try resetting preferences once and see if it helps.

To do so, keep Ctrl + ALt + Shft keys pressed while launching Editor. Say yes to the dialog that asks to delete settings file.
