Switching printers

Elements 19 has just stopped switching between my 2 Printers an L382 and L1800.

I mainly use the L1800 but used the L382 recently and now it wont switch back to the L1800

Try resetting the preferences file. Go to Edit>Preferences>General tab and click the Reset Preferences on next launch button.  That usually fixes printer problems like this.

You don't provide much information,

1. Do you experience the issue with the L382 (whatever that is) when working in Editor or Organizer, or both?

2. Can you use both printers when printing via another application?

3. Windows or Mac?
