Tablet pen suddenly unable to draw

I have a Huion graphics tablet I've been using with photoshop for quite some time now. But for some reason now, I can still use the pen to click and move around but as soon as I try to draw or drag anything, no matter what mode I'm in, all it does is drag the screen around. I thought maybe something was wrong with my tablet but it works just fine with other programs. Using a mouse in photoshop to draw and drag works still so I don't know why all of a sudden this isn't working with the pen. Any ideas?
