Tablet pen wrong entry in Photoshop Elements

Hello:  I am using Photoshop Elements 2020 and a Ugee M708 drawing tablet.  I have the tablet software installed.  When I click the pen button that is set for either paint/eraser or B and E, Photoshop quickly selects brush then eraser.  This is on just one click.  When it's set to B and E, clicking onto a text document only returns a B with one click and an E with the next click and then B then E...  So the input into the computer is good.  Weirdly, when I click B or E on the keyboard, Photoshop properly switches to B or E as expected.

Suggestions?
