Tapered brush stroke in Photoshop Elements?

Hi there.

I have Photoshop Elements 2019 and a pressure-sensitive pen tablet. I've heard that it's possible to do tapered brush strokes in Elements, but I can't figure out how to set it up. Can anyone please advise?
