Temp files taking too much space

Every time I use PSE Organizer, I end with with a HUGE temp file folder that has a copy of every photo I worked with. The most recent version of this was 75 GB of space. Can I delete these files? I have in the past and then I get an error when I use Organizer (which does not affect my ability to use the program).

The files are in C:\users\orit\appdata\local\temp
