Text oprions: strange "t" after "s" and "c"

I use font Work Sans Semi Bold that is obligatory for what I do. Unfortunately, a letter "t" looks strange after "s" and "c". It has kond of a wave on the top. There is no such a problem after other letters. How I can fix it? I know that there is an option for standard version of Photoshop, but I have no idea how to fix it in Photoshop Elements.
