Text tool only types in uppercase.

My text tool is only typing in uppercase. I am using PSE 15.  It worked fine yesterday but today I only get uppercase no matter what font i use.  I have tried resetting the tool preferences and restarting but this did not help.

Help, please.

    Thank you, Jeff!

    I had tried this earlier because I saw it somewhere in my searching, but i wasn't using it correctly.  I found that I had to Select my text and then use the Keystrokes.  Then it worked.  Thank you - saved me from pulling my hair out!
