The most horrible experience ever in downloading and using elements 2021

Letting you know what an awful experience I have had upgrading to Elements 2021!  The worst I have ever encountered in my 30 plus years of doing business.  Took me hours and multiple visits to "customer service", (not), to even get the program downloaded.  Then didn't get info to activate the thing, more "customer service".  Then, the thing would not transfer all my folders, files, and albums from version 2020.  Lost time, lost income messing with this program.  Should have stayed with version 2020.  Never had such problems in the past - always straight forward and simple.  Not this time and not ever again!
