The opening page of my Photoshop Elements 2021 suddenly did not open whie resuming my project. Delet

The opening page of my Photoshop Elements 2021 suddenly did not open whie resuming my project. Deleted all apps from my mac book pro and reinstalled app. But still no opening page as I cannot continue my work. Need a simple solution to the problem as no one on the Adobe phone is able to help me. It worked fine yesterday on my Mac Book Pro, OS Sonoma 14.0.  Thanks.
