Hi I purchased a new printer to replace my old one that failed. New when I try to print from element 12 I get a message saying the stored printer information is not compatible with this printer, unable to print.

Hi there,

That should not be happening, let us help make this right.

As you're getting the print error in Photoshop Elements 12, could you please try choosing "print" while holding the spacebar; this discards any saved values. Also, make sure the correct printer it set as default.
