The text is too small

I use Photshop Element 2019/Photo Editor

I was in the process of writing texts on a picture

with letter tybe:Myriad Pro Regular 48 pts. / italic in Photo editor.

All of a sudden, the format changed. See attached photo.

Restarting the program will not help. How do I get it to work again?
