"There was an error loading your downloads"

Good Evening!  I bought Adobe Photoshop Essentials.  I got the "receipt" with the download link.  Tried to follow directions and when I come to the point where I click on downloads and serial numbers, it comes back with "There was an error loading your dowloads".  What do I do?
