If I upgrade from Elements 2018 to 2021, will all my third-party plugins be carried over automatically?

You should also check if the plugins will be compatible with the new version.

    Not usually.  In my experience, you need to reinstall the plug-ins.

      Thank you, that's just what I needed to know. Adobe customer service just keeps pushing me to buy the upgrade without addressing my issue. Thank you much!
